Frequently Asked Questions

We know it's a little unbelievable that we can do this for free while other's can't (or won't).
But here are a few answers to your burning questions.

How do you make money?

We are very transparent about how we make money. Our software is free, forever, for our users and our revenue comes from additional services that we offer. One of our services, Inquiry Management, utilize our software to make our users jobs and lives easier.

How does channel syncing work?

There are two different types of channel syncing within Bookfull, iCal syncing and two-way synchronization through API access. Channel syncing works through connecting the channel via your channel credentials and then connecting your rooms to the channels of your choosing.

What channels do you connect with?

We connect to every available OTA through iCal integration. Currently, we have 2 way synchronization with Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor. We are also in the process of synchronizing with Lodgable and Rentals United so that our users will have 2 way synchronization access to over 350 OTAs.

Can I accept direct bookings on my website?

Yes, this can be done with our integrated booking tool. The Booking Tool is an iframe code and you place the code onto your website.

What is ‘Accept Less’?

The Accept Less feature allows users to accept reservations for less than the minimal stay in order to book and fill the gaps within their calendars.

How do ‘Seasonal Subgroupings’ work? What are they?

Seasons allow users to create specific rates for the specific seasons they have. For example: High season during holidays with higher rates, Regular season during normal state of business with typical rates and Low season during times they are slow with lower than normal rates.
